Remarks from USCIS Small Business Specialist

USCIS Small Business Specialist
• USCIS is aligned with Revolutionary FAR
Overhaul (RFO) 19.101(a): “provide
maximum practicable opportunities in its
acquisitions to small business and other
small business socioeconomic categories”.
• While RFO 19.111-2 makes clear that the
decision to set aside orders placed under
multiple-award contracts (GSA FSS & IDC)
is at the CO’s discretion, USCIS continues
to carefully consider and to utilize small
business and specific socioeconomic setasides where determined appropriate.
