Paragraph 3.08 Sub Paragraphs E,F, and G, Paragraph 3.17, and Paragraph 3.11 are hereby deleted. Cover Page of The GSA Template R100 for VA - In order to be considered for award, Initial offers conforming to the requirements of the RLP shall be received no later than 4:00PM EST on November 14, 2026.
1.05 NEIGHBORHOOD, PARKING, LOCATION AMENITIES, AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (VA OCT 2024) Sub-Paragraph B. Parking of The GSA Template R100 for VA: B. The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on-site shall at least meet current local code requirements. On-site parking must contain at a minimum 500 parking spaces. Underground parking is prohibited.
