Purpose:

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to host a Pre-bid Conference to provide a forum to allow industry an opportunity to ask questions and provide clarification regarding requirements for a maximum 175,306 ANSI/BOMA SF Outpatient Clinic with 1,000 parking spaces in KATY, TX. Specific requirements have been set forth in Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) No.: 36C10F25R0024, posted to SAM.gov on the following website: (https://www.sam.gov) on June 05, 2025.
