Answer
If an offeror elects to submit two white papers—one addressing the Geostationary mission set and one addressing the JPSS/Space Weather mission set—does the 10-page Each white paper can be 10 pages
maximum apply separately to each white paper (i.e., up to 10 pages per white paper), or is the 10-page maximum cumulative across both white papers? We respectfully request an extension for our response to the NESDIS Enterprise Mission Operations (NEMO) from the current due date of October 19, 2026, to November 2, 2026. The requested extension would allow our team to perform thorough analysis of requirements and develop a more comprehensive and responsive whitepaper and ROM. We understand the importance of your timeline and assure you that this extension will result in a higher quality response that better addresses NESDIS's needs.
The Government can extend the responses through October 26, 2026 at 1200 EDT.
Could you please confirm if this extension to November 2, 2026, is acceptable?
