Gauge vendor capabilities for deploying, administering, and securing embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities within Salesforce Service Cloud under Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity frameworks. Solicit industry feedback regarding acquisition packaging, specifically evaluating the advantages, risks, and cost trade-offs of procuring SaaS software subscriptions and Systems Integration (SI) services as a combined solution versus two separate procurements.
