materials, vehicles, transportation, supervision, and
services necessary to perform general and recycled
waste collection, hauling, and disposal services at C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, Florida, and Lee County Healthcare Center, Cape Coral, Florida, in
accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
