This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is using the Two-Step Sealed Bidding procurement method. The selected contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project titled Upgrade Fire Detection System at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) Honolulu, located in Honolulu, Hawaii, in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings.
