DESCRIPTION

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA)

VA is seeking to lease a maximum 8,100 rentable square feet (RSF)/6,000 ABOA of clinical space in Middletown, NY. The space needs to be contiguous and on the ground floor. Operations will be for outpatient readjustment counseling needs for Veterans. The property shall include 15 on-site surface parking spaces. Needs to be ready for occupancy by 10/31/2027. Location: To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: North: Orchard Hill Rd and Shaw Rd
South: Green Street and St. James Place
East: Stony Ford Road and Route 207
West: Pocatello Road and Route 11
Buildings with Property boundary(ies) on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.
Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. Term: 20 years; 5 years firm as a full-service lease.
Expressions of Interest:

Expressions of Interest should include the following;

1. Building Name and Address Location

2. Specifications of space size - Rentable Square Foot (RSF) 3. Contact Information of Lessor or Lessor’s Representative (Name, Email and telephone number)
4. Interested Party MUST be registered and Active in SAM.gov; must provide Unique Entity ID Number (UEI)
5. Do not include pricing in this request.
