The DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), is conducting research and is issuing this Request for Information to learn of the availability and capability of business sources qualified to provide the items listed below. This is NOT a solicitation.

NOTICE:

Network Contracting Office 23, on behalf of the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, is seeking comparable and equal models to the equipment and services listed here:

Equipment and services:
Thyroid Uptake System with 1” well (Made by Capintec/Mirion, #5430-30152) Must have a DICOM interface.
Neck Phantom for Thyroid Uptake System (Made by Capintec/Mirion, 5430-00007) Rod Source Holder (Made by Capintec/Mirion, 7315-1850)

5.State if your firm is a Socioeconomic Small Business as described in RFO FAR 19.

6.State if your firm provides the required services on a Schedule contract. If so, include the Schedule, Schedule Contract Number and Schedule Contract Expiration Date.
