Scope of Work
Repair of John Deere Tractor

The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies as needed to perform the complete repair to all Caterpillar equipment. The contractor performing the work shall be either an authorized repair center or shall provide evidence of training and experience in performing all repairs needing done.

The equipment repairs shall consist as stated below and any inspections into further damage utilized to result in equipment being repaired back to original operating condition:

Contractor shall order all parts and contact USACE (POC) once all parts have arrived at facility. USACE personnel will be responsible for picking up parts from contractor’s facility. USACE will be responsible party of delivery and pickup of all equipment in need of repairs.

It is recommended that this requirement be sole sourced to Goldman Equipment Company in Tallulah, LA due to machine is at their facility for diagnostic purposes. There is no reason to believe or justify that any further advertisement will provide different results or that any other small business vendors will provide quotes.

Service repair work will be performed at contractors’ facility.

Prior to contract award, the contractor shall provide evidence of training and experience information and a detailed technical description of the items of work that will be executed in performing the repairs.
