Statement of Work for Compressor & Drive Head Rebuilds
Compressor Rebuilds
#37-2550-04232 Rebuild CVI CBST 6.0 air cooled helium compressor to include the following: •

New compressor
New front control panel (required for pre-2000 models). New pressure gauges
New check valve
New indicator lights
New filters/strainers
New electrical panel cooling fan
Mechanical and control upgrades to current design
New adsorber
New buffer tank bypass valve
Required miscellaneous tubing assemblies and fittings, connector o-ring seals, decontamination (purification) and leak testing
Performance testing and a 12-month warranty shall also be included. All work to be performed by PHPK qualified technicians at the PHPK factory

NOTE: Compressors built before 2000 may require a control panel upgrade for an additional $3,500. Two of the Three compressors being sent were built in 1995. This has been factored into the PR amount. PHPK will confirm the need for this upon receipt & inspection of the compressors.
Drive Head Rebuild
#Rebuild CVI CGR-511 drive head to include the following: •

Replace bearings and bearing sleeves
Replace shuttle valve set
Replace yoke shaft
Replace cam assembly
Replace motor
Replace all seals
Perform functional testing to confirm proper operation and 12-month warranty shall also be included.
• All work to be performed by PHPK qualified technicians at the PHPK factory • Clean, refurbish & seal hoses per factory specifications
