NOTE FOR OFFERORS: This worksheet is the template for proposed pricing of the first concurrent Delivery Order (DO 1). Offerors must propose and submit their proposed unit prices for DO 1 directly on this worksheet. The prices proposed on this worksheet will be contractually binding for the DO 1 evaluation and award only. CLIN 0001 is fixed at $5,000 for all offerors and is not included in offerors’ TEP; CLIN 0001 will not be awarded for subsequent Delivery Orders. The Government has established an explicit Affordability Cap of $9,446,336 for Year 1. This cap is evaluated based on the sum of the proposed pricing for CLIN 0002, CLIN 0003, and CLIN 0004 evaluated at a fixed quantity of 5,000 production units. Proposals exceeding this Affordability Cap will be determined unacceptable and excluded from DO 1 production splits.
This IDIQ is structured to allow new, competitive price bidding for each subsequent Delivery Order (DO 2+) in response to each Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) / Letter Request for Order Proposal (LRFOP). Offerors are advised that this TEP Worksheet is configured for DO 1 evaluation only and will be updated for future ordering periods to include other required CLINs (e.g., CLIN 0005 and CLIN 0006) as necessary to reflect the specific quantity bands being competed in those subsequent FOPRs/LRFOPs. Subsequent competitive Delivery Orders (DO 2+) may establish different, FOPR-specific Affordability Caps and CLIN evaluation structures. Production price band’s quantity is the sum of all quantities ordered on CLINs 0004, 0005, & 0006.
