Classified under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and Product Service Code (PSC) DG11 (IT and Telecom-Network: Telecom Access Services). Services shall be delivered only through existing authorized service points and existing functional interior outlets. The contractor must own, lease, or otherwise have lawful written authority to use all infrastructure, service points, facilities, programming rights, and access authorities needed to provide the ordered service.
This requirement does not include cable-drop installation; new interior wiring; repair, replacement, or modification of building wiring; drilling; conduit; pathways; raceways; structural or facility alterations; exterior work; excavation; outside-plant work; or construction of any kind.
