AMENDMENT: The purpose of amendment 00001 is to extend the due date to 10/30/2026 at 5:00 PM CST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
