If you have any questions, please contact Matthew Crouch (443) 417-6972, or [email protected]. Amendment 0001 was required to make the following changes as follows:
- Amend the solicitation to correct the closing date. Also, to update the Packaging/packing shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E w/ Chg 1 to MIL-STD-2073-1E w/ Chg4. Please reference attached amendment 0001 for both changes.
- To provide the following Question and Answers as follows: Q&A: Section L permits identifying NSNs that cannot be bid, but states only one contract will be awarded.
Can an otherwise compliant offer covering fewer than all 14 NSNs receive award? For a distributor supplying approved Vincorion CAGE 1VD61 parts, what manufacturer authorization/traceability evidence is required, and which quality-system obligations must be met by the reseller versus the manufacturer? It can be proposed to part or all of the solicitation (unless we state in the solicitation it is all or nothing) We will evaluate upon receipt.
As to traceability, it would be the same for counterfeit part traceability and show what manufacturers are using to submit the cable some of those connectors are manufactured in Europe and not by Vincorian solely. Q&A: Section L discusses mandatory FAT plan, report and sample pricing, but Section B appears to contain production CLINs 1001–5014 and data ELINs A001/B001 under CLIN 9000, without corresponding FAT CLINs.
Does FAT apply? If so, please provide quantities, schedule, pricing lines and waiver criteria. Should A001/B001 be separately priced or NSP, and how will their costs enter evaluation?
There is no FAT plan for this requirement. For CLINs A001/B001, they should be NSP and then it would be evaluated inside of the price as a total. Q&A: The TRD references a CECOM G2 Antiterrorism/OPSEC/Security Cybersecurity Review Cover Sheet, which was not located in the two supplied files.
Please provide it and confirm any applicable offeror CMMC requirement or assessment level, in addition to the incorporated NIST assessment provision. This is an internal Government documentation completed by our mission partner as reference. This is not part of the RFP.
