Description
Versar, Inc. (UEI KTERFRZBVP66) submitted a research proposal for need topic #5 (Shore Facilities, Equipment & Systems) in response to the Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) N3943025S4500. This BAA, seeking research and development proposals, utilizes the source selection procedures dictated at FAR 35.102(e) “Proposals should be selected based on — (1) Technical merit; (2) Importance to agency programs; and (3) Availability of funds.”
