Description
AMENDMENT 0002 This amendment is issued to:
- Update the Technical Data Package (TDP) to include all necessary documentation and drawings. The SOW is updated to reflect the additional documents.
- Extend this solicitation's closing date to 12 November 2026.
Some of these drawings have been updated in the TDP. The Statement of Work (SOW) in the solicitation has been updated to reflect these updated drawings. For any vendor who previously requested drawings for this solicitation, please request the updated TDP since these added drawings are now incorporated.

End amendment 0002 amendment 0001 note: Due to the begininning of a new FY, the solicitation number has changed from N6833526Q1183 to N68335-27-Q-1021 Amendment 0001 was posted 16 October 2026. Please see attached Amendment N68335-27-Q-1021-0001. END OF AMENDMENT 0001 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is releasing Request for Quote (RFQ) N6833526Q1183 on a competitive basis for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE), as detailed in the attached solicitation and associated documents.
These PSE items are required to support the V-22 program. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. Technical Data Package and Export Control Requirements: This solicitation includes DFARS 252.204-7025, Notice of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements.
The technical data package contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must obtain access to the CUI drawing package to prepare a proposal. Proof of CMMC Level 2 (Self) Assessment certification is required to request access to the technical data package.
Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding CMMC. The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package, which is considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must possess a current and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to request access to the drawings.
Drawings will be provided to the designated data custodian listed on the certified DD Form 2345 via the DoD SAFE website. Refer to Section A of the solicitation document for full instructions regarding DD Form 2345. Requesting Access to Solicitation Documents: To request access to the Government-provided documents associated with this solicitation, Offerors must submit the following via email: Proof of current and valid CMMC Level 2 (Self-Assessment) certification.
