Description
This justification provides the rationale for contracting by other than full and open competition to award a sole source order. The general purpose of this order is to absorb the lease of a modular building already existing and installed on site at KSC, for a total period of 12 months. The rationale supporting the use of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(2) is as described in the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
