The Defense Commissary Agency , Supply and Equipment Division, HQC004, is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify ALL capable sources across the commercial marketplace including both LARGE BUSINESSES and SMALL BUSINESSES across all socioeconomic categories, whether acting as commercial manufacturers or authorized nonmanufacturers, dealers, distributors that can provide Commercial Off The Shelf Refrigerated Deli Prep and Display Cases.
