This notice is not a solicitation for quotations, proposals, or bids, and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government to award a contract or reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response.

The 140th Wing is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a vehicle lease for approximately 25 vehicles to support mission requirements in Alexandra Virginia. The Government anticipates that any resulting requirement may be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis; however, the Government will use responses to this notice to inform acquisition planning and determine the most appropriate procurement approach. Requested Information Interested vendors are requested to provide the following information: Company Information Company name Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), if applicable Business size and socioeconomic status Point of contact name, title, telephone number, and email address Business address Vehicle Lease Capability Description of the vendor’s capability to provide the required vehicle lease.

Existing Contract Vehicles and Pricing If the vendor has an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Federal Supply Schedule contract, indefinite-delivery contract, or other pre-priced contract vehicle that could support this requirement, the vendor should identify the vehicle and provide the applicable contract number, ordering information, relevant pricing schedule, period of performance, and any ordering limitations.

Vendors should also identify whether the Government may place an order directly against the existing BPA or other contract vehicle, subject to Government review and applicable ordering procedures. If no existing contract vehicle is available, vendors may provide estimated lease pricing and a description of proposed pricing assumptions. Questions or Areas Requiring Clarification Identify any requirement details that are unclear, incomplete, or may limit the vendor’s ability to provide an accurate capability statement or estimated pricing.

Provide recommended alternatives or commercially available solutions, if applicable.
