Amendment 0003 26 October 2026, The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the closing date of this solicitation from 28-Oct-2026 at 2:00 PM PDT to 09-Nov-2027 at 2:00 PM PST and to post an attachment with the Governments responses to some of the submitted RFIs. The government is working through some of the submitted RFIs and will post a final amendment with answers to these at a later date.

With this amendment there are now thirteen (13) total attachments for this solicitation. The twelfth (12th) attachment is labeled Solicitation Amendment W9127N27QA0020003 SF 30 and the thirteenth (13th) attachment is labeled as RFIs. End of Amendment Amendment 0002 7 October 2026, The purpose of this amendment is to correct the closing date of this solicitation from 26-Oct-2026 to 28-Oct-2026 and to add additional site visit details in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in section 3.6 Pre-Bid Site Visit.

End of AmendmentThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127N27QA002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for The US Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District.

This is a requirement at The Dalles Lock and Dam to solicit services to test the condition of the Isolated Phase Bus and Duct System and to abate approximately 100 lbs. of gaskets containing asbestos containing material from the isolated phase bus hatch panel doors and dispose of the asbestos material off Government property at approved facilities. This solicitation is advertised as a 100% small business set aside, under NAICS Code: 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.

All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Due to CMMC access requirements, in order to gain access to CUI - Attachment F - Reference Drawings, please verify your organization has a minimum CMMC Level 2 Self verification and submit your CMMC Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code via email to [email protected] and [email protected].
