The solicitation is amended to permit qualified subcontractors to provide vehicles and drivers in accordance with applicable subcontracting limitations so long as the prime contractor complies with VAAR 852.219-75 (Limitations on Subcontracting—Monitoring and Compliance (Deviation). For purposes of limitations of subcontracting, the Contractor shall not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the Govt to firms that are not similarly situated entities under the tier for which award is made. Offerors may submit a revised (best and final) quote if they chose, no later than 11/21/2026. Amendment will allow all interested vendors, including Contractor, an opportunity to submit revised quotations, technical and pricing volumes. Award will be issued after the revised quotes have been evaluated.
