For Building 229C Lab 3 server room are conditioner repair

DESCRIPTION.
577th Software Engineering Squadron (SWES), is in need of repairs to two (2) air conditioner compressor units that are currently not working. These air conditioner units are used to cool server room in building 229C Lab 3. The Contractor shall diagnose and provide all required parts and supplies required to repair air conditioner units. This service will require work to be performed in classified areas

EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

The Contractor shall Provide all required parts and supplies required to repair U-1 and U-2 Liebert air conditioner units in Bldg 229C Lab 3. The following are the requirements for the repair of the air conditioner units: Lockout/Tagout units.
Recover refrigerant from units.
Provide parts and labor to replace compressor and filter drier for each unit. Charge system with dry nitrogen and leak check the installation. Perform step down evacuation process with vacuum pump.
Charge system with recovered R410a refrigerant.
Restore power to unit, start unit and observe for proper operation. Clean up work area upon completion.

Place of Performance. The Contractor shall perform on-site services at the designated site location in building 229C Lab 3 at Robins AFB. If applicable, all performance under the warranty shall be accomplished by certified technicians at the designated site in Bldg 229C.

The Contractor shall perform the Air Conditioner repair services at the designated location below:

The Contractor shall coordinate the delivery schedule, installation, and associated accessories with the Government Representative(s) in writing within five (5) days via email before delivery date. Also, the Contractor shall notify the Government Representative(s) listed below within one (1) day via email if the required delivery terms will not be met.
