Project 531-25-102, titled Expand Emergency Room (ER)
Project Location: Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 W Fort St., Boise, Idaho 83702 This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 236220 with a size standard of $45M. The resultant award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract to completely renovate and expand a continuously operational Emergency Room in two (2) seamless Phases. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. Procedures are in accordance with the updated RFO.
SITE VISIT: A formal Site Visit will be held 10-5-26, 8:30am (MT) at the Project Location identified above. Meet Michael Diller at Building 50 (B.50) Conference Room. Photo Identification, such as a driver's license will be required to gain access.
