This solicitation is for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) at Danville VA Medical Center, 1900 E Main St. Danville Illinois. Task orders will include construction, maintenance, alterations, and repair of buildings and other real property belonging to this facility.
The Government intends to award a minimum of two (2) base contracts, and reserves the right to make additional base awards. The guaranteed minimum award amount for each contract is $2,000. $21,000,000 is the maximum combined amount of all executed task orders and modifications. The Government does not guarantee that it will place any order under the base contracts in excess of the guaranteed minimum award amount. Awarded contracts shall include a five (5) year ordering period from the date of contract award. All task orders (TO) are subject to the availability of funds. This acquisition shall be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SBVOSB) concerns per the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461).
