Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite Accu+ Kit

DESCRIPTION. The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Maintenance Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base, all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor necessary to deliver and setup the Creaform HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit, accompanying software, accessories, warranties, and calibration will be provided to the the 402d MXSG, Robins AFB. The system allows the corrective maintenance team to quickly reverse-engineer critical components locally, mitigating dependency on long lead-time procurements and expediting the return-to-service of mission-critical equipment.

1.1 Over and Above Work. Work discovered during the course of performance that is: 1.1.1 Within the general scope of the contract, not covered by the line item(s)for the basic work under the contract, and necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the contract.

1.1.2 Upon discovery of the need for over and above work, the Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Government a work request. Upon request the Contractor shall promptly submit to the Contracting Officer, a proposal for the over and above work. The Government and Contractor will then negotiate a settlement for the over and above work. Contract modifications will be executed to definitize all over and above work.
