This is a recompete. Current contract number is
70CDCR21D00000003. Incumbent is Valor Network, Inc.

Yes, the successful contractor is required to furnish, lease, and maintain all digital X-ray equipment at the covered IHSC facilities. Existing government-leased or on-site equipment will not be available for contractor use. The contractor is fully responsible for providing, installing, and supporting all necessary digital X-ray equipment as part of their services.

workflow activities within the
Government's existing MiPACS/eCW
environment, or whether the
contractor is required to provide,
host, accredit, and operate a separate
cloud-based
imaging/PACS/teleradiology
platform.

Images must be saved in the ICE Azure cloud environment. IHSC users are required to utilize MiPACS within eCW’s
application to access DICOM images. The contractor must ensure that captured digital X-ray images are transmitted to MiPACS for storage and retrieval, and that radiology reports are integrated into IHSC electronic health record.
