*On 26 October 2026, the IGE author
was contacted to ensure that the
original IGE was not flawed due to
something like a clerical error, omitted
scope, incorrect unit prices, unrealistic
assumptions, etc. On 27 October 2026,
a revised IGE was received and the
following information provided along
with the revised IGE “This revised IGE
includes an update of dewatering from
two sumps to 4 wellpoints with
installation, operation and removal.
The use of well points are probably the
system I should have included initially.
I also fixed one Electrical hand hole
quantity from 1 / Each to 2 / Each and
installation of the sewer holding vault
excavation and backfill.
