This addendum is being issued to modify the subject Proposal (RFP) as follows: I.

Clarifications:
1. Please do not modify the proposal spreadsheet (Enclosure No. 7) in any way. The offeror need only populate values in columns C, D, E, and F of the Labor Rates tab, columns C, D, and E of the Equipment Rates tab, and cell S14 of the Equipment Rates tab for proposed markup.
2. Equipment rates shall not include an operator.

RFI and Responses:

1. Contractor Question:

Bonding Requirements: Please confirm whether the $4 million performance bond and $4 million payment bond are required against the full BPA at award, regardless of individual task order size, and whether any alternative bonding arrangements are permissible. ANL Response:
Per Appendix A, Argonne Terms and Conditions for Fixed-Price Construction Contracts, the amount of the payment bond and performance bond shall be $4,000,000.00. The bonds shall be in force for the duration of the contract.

2. Contractor Question:

Contract Value: Does the estimated $500,000–$4 million potential represent annual BPA volume or the entire agreement term? Additionally, is the estimated 50 annual task orders across both BPA holders or per contractor?

Value estimates are per year and per award.
