Solicitation Request: Air Force Research Laboratory, Aerospace Systems Directorate (AFRL/RQ-West) is establishing this open two-step ARA to solicit technology demonstration white papers of interest to the Air Force Research Laboratory research as described below. Potential offerors issuing white papers may be requested to provide a full proposal after white paper reviews. In addition to the white paper process, AFRL may issue calls under this ARA for specific research objectives. Calls issued under this ARA will include instructions to potential offerors, evaluation criteria, and include a common due date for proposals received in response to the call.
