beginning at 7:30AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (BATTLE CREEK, MI) AND WILL BE

COMPLETED VIA ZOOM. VENDORS INTERESTED IN PROVIDING PROPOSALS

FOR THIS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY SHOULD ATTEND. Please email

[email protected] by 13 October 2026 (close of business) to receive instructions and details for accessing the ZOOM meeting. Late requests will not be allowed after 13 October 2026. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a brief overview of the contract and answers to questions about vetting and other concerns. Due to the time constraint, and amount of information to cover, would ask that questions be submitted prior to 8 October 2026 to prepare feedback in a concise manner. The presentation will be in English. 4. Failure to acknowledge the amendment and return one signed copy with your proposal could result in rejection of your offer.
