Site-Visit Registration and Subcontractor Attendance Questions:

1. Q: The instructions for attending either optional site visit (November 6 or November 9), including RSVP requirements and access instructions. 2. Q: Site visits and mobilization: May a representative of a prospective performing subcontractor attend the optional November 6 or November 9 site visit on behalf of the prime, if registered with your office? If so, what information is needed to register, and by when?
3. Q: Site visit attendance: May a prospective subcontractor attend the November 6 or November 9 site visit with, or in place of, the prime quoter, and who should be notified of the attendee?
4. Q: Would arrival at 2:30 p.m. MST on November 6 be permitted, or must attendees arrive at the published 2 p.m. start? If late arrival is not permitted, are any alternative appointments available beyond the published November 6 and November 9 sessions

Consolidated answer:
Representatives of prospective prime offerors and proposed subcontractors may attend the optional site visit. A proposed subcontractor may attend without the prospective prime offeror in attendance.
To register, email the Contract Specialist with the prospective prime offeror’s name, attendee’s full name, company, email address, telephone number, and the site-visit date the attendee plans to attend. Attendees shall report to 500 La Velle Road, Alamogordo, New Mexico 88310, and must comply with the access and identification instructions provided by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Visitors will be escorted. Questions will not be answered during the site visit and must be submitted in writing by the solicitation Q&A deadline.
Attendees must arrive at the published start time for their selected site visit. A brief grace period of up to 15 minutes may be provided to allow for vendor check-in and completion of the sign-in process. Late arrivals beyond that time will not be accommodated. The Government does not currently plan to offer additional site-visit dates beyond the published November 6 and November 9 sessions.

NOTE: This amendment addresses site visit related questions only. Responses to the remaining questions received under this solicitation will be provided in a subsequent amendment.
