Clarify that if a redlined copy of the SAMPLE OT is not submitted with the proposal, DARPA assumes acceptance by the proposer of all Articles Updating language in CUI/CTI section, 8.2.2
Adding in Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Requirements Changed “they arrive” to “the proposal due date listed on the DO” Updated “model OT” to “DO OT Sample”
MODEL OT: Entire attachment replaced with streamlined version, “Disruptioneering –Other Transaction for Prototype Agreement SAMPLE” (DO OT Sample).
All changes to the PA are noted with yellow highlights. Except as referenced herein, no other changes have been made to DARPA-PA-25-07.
