Amendment 2

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes: 1. Provide answers to additional questions submitted by interested parties (below) 2. Extend the proposal due date to Nov 11, 2026, 4:30PM MT 3. Exhibit 27 will be renamed Daily Reporting Sample
4. M.2.a.i will change “average of 9 pounds per gallon of retardant” to “average of 8.35 pounds per gallon of water”
5. M.2.a.ii – remove all language in that section after “turbine powered”. 6. Exhibit 20 will be updated to remove the statement: “Offeror shall complete and submit this information and submit as part of their offer” 7. Documents do not need to be submitted for pilot carding with the proposal. A write up on pilot qualifications and experience is all that’s required for Organizational Experience evaluations.

Question and Answer Part#2
1. Exhibit 27 Infectious Disease Mitigation Procedures appears to be incorrect. Should this be “Daily Reporting Sample”? Also referenced in H.3(c) Answer: Will be corrected to Daily Reporting Sample.
2. Exhibit 21 Scooper Requirements appears to have tanker specific requirements….ex: calls out for 6 year conformity inspection although the scooper IAB Approvals do not call out that requirement (but tankers do). Answer: While many of the requirements may not currently apply to the fleet anticipated under this contract these requirements may become applicable to new aircraft or vendors in the future.
3. Evaluation Criteria M.2.a.2 appears to call out tanker requirements (ex: 300 KTAS) Answer: Section has been edited to remove items that do not apply (see details above).
4. Exhibit 20 states to complete and submit the Contractor’s Performance Evaluation form with offer. I have tried editing this form but unable. If we should be completing this, do you have an editable version of the form?
