WHITE PAPERS: WILL BE A TWO-STEP SOLICITATION:

First Step: WHITE PAPER DUE DATE AND TIME: This ARA is open and effective from 3 May 2018 until 2 May 2026. White Papers will be considered if received any time prior to 2 May 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 3:00 p.m. local time. Please do not send white papers prior to 3 May 2018. Whitepapers may be submitted electronically to the Contracting POC. Second Step: PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: To be provided in the Requests for Proposals sent to offerors that submit White Papers considered to meet the needs of the Air Force.

FUTURE CALLS WILL BE ISSUED AS AMENDMENTS TO THIS ARA. CALLS

WILL BE ONE OR TWO STEP SOLICITATIONS AND CAN BE OPEN OR CLOSED

**Note The Government will suspend white paper submission for project areas

identified in any active Call and this will be stated in the Call announcement. If the Government receives a white paper tied to an active Call, the white paper will not be reviewed.
ONE STEP CALL (Closed): Periodically over the period of this ARA, Call announcements (Calls) may be issued under FA8650-18-S-5008 to request proposals for specific needs within the Technical Areas described in Section I.1
