Amendment 6 Price Sheet
The following table of pricing replaces all previous price sheets that have been posted to date for Solicitation 12363N23Q4023 – Land Management Integrated Resources Blanket Purchase Agreement (LMIR BPA). This price sheet includes all scopes that are currently covered by the LMIR BPA. Pricing is a general commercial price that your firm may quote for work that falls under each scope for a single individual. The pricing is for evaluation purposes solely and does not constitute a final pricing. The pricing will help us determine if contractors are awarded to the pool of this BPA. Once awarded to LMIR, each Call Order you receive will require you to bid specifically on the work and location described in that call order. The call order level will require firm fixed pricing and the quotes received with each call order will be binding. You do not need to complete pricing for every item in the pricing sheet, only the ones you are interested in completing. You do need to mark a location in the national forest locations spreadsheet for every scope that you complete pricing, but only the locations you wish to do business in.
Current LMIR BPA awardees do not need to re-submit their original Schedule of Items on this price sheet. However, if new scopes are of interest, contractors will be required to submit this Amendment 6 price sheet with their pay items priced for those new scopes only. This requirement would also apply to completing a new locations spreadsheet to match the new scope request, and a supplemental technical approach document for those new scopes of interest. Please make sure that your Price Sheet scope selections match the National Forest Locations spreadsheet selections. These documents have been updated to correlate directly to each scope. You must also address each of the scopes you selected in your Technical Approach documentation.
