Purpose of Amendment 03: Answer questions related the MASTR Call. Q&A Numbering is continued from Amendment 02.
Q23: The RFP calls for resumes that can be attached as an appendix. However, the RFP also states that the resumes will count toward page count. Are we able to provide resumes as a separate attachment and not count toward the page count? A23: No, resumes will count toward the page count for purposes of this call. Instructions may vary on future task order solicitations.

Q24: On page 13 of the MASTR CALL document paragraph J states “Offerors should include a project funding profile by Government Fiscal Year (GFY) (1 Oct through 30 Sept) for budgetary purposes”. I just want to verify that the Government wants a yearly total based on GFY not all the details in the budget broken out into GFY.
A24: Inclusion and content of a project funding profile are at the discretion of the offeror in accordance with paragraph 4.4.3 which states, “The cost element breakdown should include the following if applicable.”
