If re-painting is required, are there specific paint chemistry preferences (e.g., waterborne vs. oil-modified athletic line paint) or specialty center-court logos/graphics that must be included?
ANSWER: Do not require sanding down to bare wood. Just enough to scu the floor to re-urethane.
