This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes under FAR 10.001. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for information provided in response to this notice, nor for any costs incurred by respondents. Responses will be used only to conduct market research, assess industry capability, and inform acquisition strategy (including any small-business set-aside determination). Failure to respond does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
