Notice of Intent to Provide Adequate Transparency to the Market The U.S. Government intends to exercise a priced 5-Year Renewal Option using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the BUREAU OF ACOHOL,TOBACCO,FIREARMS & EXPLOSIVES that is expiring in LIBERTY, MISSOURI.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 14,750 ANSI/BOMA office area and 25 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located withing the deliniated area, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, expenses, security and maintenance must be included as part of the rental consideration.
