Purpose: This questionnaire supports market research for a potential U.S. Secret Service (USSS) multiple-award construction management services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. Responses will assist the Government in assessing industry capability, competition, small-business participation, geographic coverage, bonding capacity, and relevant construction experience. Important: This is a Request for Information only. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government to award a contract or reimburse costs associated with responding. Submit this completed questionnaire with a capability statement and the requested project and bonding documentation in accordance with the RFI instructions.
