Subject: Scope of Work for Seamless 21-6-9 Tubing – PO 0000484555

1. The contractor will provide 2,500ft of seamless tubing of grade 21-6-9 (UNS S21900) in accordance with ASTM A269/A269M-25. Nominal dimensions of the tube cross section are 0.313” outside diameter and 0.035” wall thickness.
2. Note: tubing must be entirely seamless. Welded tubing or welded and drawn tubing are not acceptable. 3. Total quantity of tubing delivered shall be within +/-10%. The purchase order is fixed price and no additional funds will be available outside of the agreed upon value. 4. Tubing shall be delivered in 42ft straight lengths unless otherwise discussed in writing between Brookhaven National Laboratory and the contractor.
5. Eddy current testing is required per ASTM A269/A269M-25. 6. A certificate of conformance, chemical composition report, and a quality/inspection report shall be provided with the delivery of the tubing.
7. Contractor to ship tubing to BNL at BNL’s expense.
8. Price and lead time are per PO.
9. Any deviation from the SOW or PO must receive written approval by the BNL Contract Representative.
