TITLE: Pre-Bid Addendum No. 001: The following instructions herein and the listed documents below are hereby modified to be incorporated as part of the contract documents. This Bid Addendum No. 001 consists of

1. Narrative

(4) Pages.

2. Drawings

(12) Drawings were MODIFIED.
3. Specifications (5) Specification sections were DELETED/REMOVED. 4. Specifications (2) Specification sections were ADDED. 5. Specifications (3) Specification sections were EDITED. Revisions to the drawings and specifications listed below were required to incorporate Bid Addendum No. 001 into the Bid Documents dated April 21, 2026. CHANGES TO DRAWINGS (see attached full size sheets):

1. C501 – CIVIL DETAILS

The following revisions are required:
a. ADD: Add – DETAIL 10 - PULLBOX/HANDHOLE DETAIL.

2. FD101 – FIRE ALARM B400 FIRST FLOOR AND PARTIAL

BASEMENT PLANS – DEMOLITION

The following revisions are required:
a. VA Tomah IT Technicians
b. ADD: Demolition of existing Smoke Detector and Heat Detector in MRI Trailer.
c. ADD: Remove all conduit, back boxes, supports from the last device inside the MRI Trailer through the connection point inside B400.

3. FD128 – FIRE ALARM B407 FIRST FLOOR AND PARTIAL

BASEMENT PLANS – DEMOLITION

The following revisions are required:
a. VA Tomah IT Technicians
b. ADD: Demolition of two (2) existing Duct Smoke Detectors and associated Monitoring Modules in Room 1785.
4. FD702 – FIRE ALARM B400 RISER DIAGRAM – BASEMENT, FIRST,

AND SECOND FLOORS – DEMOLITION
