Response to Request for Information (RFI) Instructions
Capability Statement
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a promise to issue an RFP or other solicitation.
Prepare a concise capability statement responding to this RFI. The purpose is to demonstrate the organization’s relevant experience, technical capabilities, capacity, and understanding of the Government’s anticipated requirement.

Limit the capability statement to 2 pages, excluding the cover page if submitted. Use a clear, professional format with readable headings and standard fonts. Address the RFI’s requested information in the same order as presented in the notice. Clearly identify the RFI title, number, response date, company name, and primary point of contact on the cover page.
Clearly state which of the two locations, BPK9 or FOK9, you can provide canines. If you can provide to both, please state that availability.

1. Company Information

o Legal business name, address, website, and primary point of contact. o Business size and socioeconomic designations, if applicable. o Relevant contract vehicles, certifications, and clearances, if applicable. o UEI and CAGE code.

2. Executive Summary

o Provide a brief overview of the organization and its ability to support the anticipated requirement.
o State the primary value proposition and differentiators relevant to the Government’s needs.
o Demonstrate an understanding of the mission and desired outcomes.

3. Relevant Experience

o Include up to 2 examples of recent, relevant contracts. o For each example include:
 contract number if with CBP
 Customer or agency if not with CBP
 Relevant outcomes or measurable results
 Relevance to this RFI
o Do not include customer-sensitive details unless authorized for release.

4. Past Performance and Risk Management

o Summarize quality assurance, continuity, and risk-mitigation practices. o Identify lessons learned or successful practices that demonstrate reliability and accountability.
