SECTION 1: GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 Statement of Work

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform construction, repair, maintenance, sustainment, restoration, and modernization services in support of Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Garrison. This contract is primarily focused on mechanical and plumbing systems work under NAICS Code 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors)

1.2 Location of Work

The Contractor shall perform all work on real property under the control of Joint Base LewisMcChord (JBLM), including but not limited to: • JBLM Main Post
• JBLM North
• McChord Field
• JBLM Training Areas and Ranges
• Yakima Training Center (YTC), when required
Work will be performed in both occupied and unoccupied buildings and facilities. When working in occupied spaces, the Contractor shall coordinate scheduling and access with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), the designated Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and the building occupants/tenants to ensure mission operations are not adversely impacted.
