Statement of Work

Project
Removal and Restoration of Gypsum Board
General Information

1.0 Scope of Work

Demolition and installation of a new gypsum board, insulation, and reinstallation of the current A/C unit are needed. Application of antimicrobial agent to floors and all surfaces to eliminate residual microbial presence. We need this removal due to the present mold in the wall and the insulation inside of it. Only cleaning the wall will not resolve the problem, since the evaluation showed the mold and moisture is coming from the inside insulation.
