DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
OF EQUIPMENT PUBLICATIONS
FOR
S-280C SHELTER
TECHNICAL MANUAL
TM 10-5411-207-13&P
1. SCOPE. The Contractor shall develop and produce an Operator Manual for the S-280C Shelter (TM 105411-207-13&P) (CDRL A012). The contractor will convert the TM number from a 13&P to a 12&P in accordance with MIL-STD-40051-2E. The Contractor shall also submit a Validation Plan and a Validation Report for the Operator Manual. The stated documents shall be developed and produced in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), applicable military standards (MIL-STDs) and regulations, and the attached TM Content Selection Matrix (Attachment 1, Content Selection Matrix). The Contractor shall reference other Army Technical Manuals as appropriate throughout the technical manual submissions in accordance with MIL-STD guidance.
