SUBJECT: Amendment 0002 Automated Fluidized Bed Mixer Facility Modernization for end use at Pine Bluff Arsenal – CSO
1. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this Commercial Opening Solutions (CSO) in support of the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. § 4022 and DFARS Subpart 212.70. 2. Vendor shall be capable of providing the requirements IAW the Statement of Objectives (SOO) listed in Attachment A02. 20260701 Fluidized Bed Mixer Facility Problem Statement Rev 02, 15 September 2026 and Attachment Contractor Submission Packet.
3. Vendor will provide us with Phase 1 by 27 October 2026, IAW the SOO and SAM.gov posting.
4. The following NAICS code: 333248- All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing.
