ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL DEFINITIONS

1.1

Introduction

This Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype, hereinafter referred to as the "OT" or the "Agreement," is awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. §4022. This Agreement is entered into by XXXX referred to as the "Awardee" and the United States Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), hereinafter referred to as the "Government" pursuant to and under U.S. Federal Law.
1.2

General Definitions

When used in this Agreement, the following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, shall have the meanings set forth herein.
"Agreement" means the body of this Agreement and Attachments, which are expressly incorporated in and made a part of the Agreement. "Agreements Administrator" (AA) means the person identified by the Government in this Agreement authorized to administer this Agreement, and in coordination with
