Attachment A – Abstract Instructions
Proposers should specifically and clearly address the innovation of their proposed system or subsystem component development, the scientific or technical basis for innovative claims, and the impact of the proposed development on military mission capabilities, efficiency, or effectiveness.
Submissions must comply with the formatting requirements specified below:
Proposers shall clearly mark their submission “ABSTRACT” Submissions must be written in English and in narrative form Electronic submittals shall be in Microsoft Word or PDF Abstracts shall not exceed two (2) single-sided written pages Pages shall be formatted for printing on 8.5” by 11” paper with 1” margins Font no smaller than 11-point shall be used; 8- or 10-point may be used for tables, figures, etc. Submissions must include:
Organization Name
Submission Title
Technical Point of Contact (name, phone, e-mail, mailing address) CAGE Code
Unique Entity Identifier
No formal transmittal letter is required. No additional forms, kits, or other materials are needed.
